FHG - The Ten K

Give me more than a 5K they said!!  Give you more than a 5K we will then!!  As long as weather permits, be ready for some gravel, some dirt and some pavement!  We will stick to gravel and pavement in the event April brings us rain.  No running in the mud here.  Complete your 10K and then grab some treats from Hostess Brands, hydration from Skratch Labs and help us cheer in fellow runners!  Stay a little longer for the Finshers of the Juniors race and The Journey ride.  Enjoy the morning!

Paved roads!  Gravel roads!  Dirt roads!  All are fair game on this 10K run out of Americus, KS.  One thing thats out of the "running" though is mud.  We will stay clear of dirt roads if theres mud.   Enjoy the brisk April morning air and then cheer on the other runners/riders as they Finish their own personal challenge!  Enjoy the town park, playground and hospitality.

Will there be podiums?  I like to go fast!!  Well of course there are podiums!!  Look.  We all like to be rewarded for a good hard effort, right?  All Finishers will receive a Finishing Award.  You deserve it!!  You just got in more steps in an hour then I'll get all week!  We will have age range finishing podiums with podiums prizes from JUNK Brands.  The Age ranges will be determined prior to race day.  I'll be honest.  I want to see sign up numbers first.
